Fees
Fees are payable in full prior to the first coaching session unless a payment plan has been established.

Session Schedule
The usual frequency is weekly sessions. The full number of coaching sessions in the program are expected to be completed within the outlined time frame by both the client and Soul Etch, however some adjustments can be made to cater to certain circumstances.

 

Cancellations
Rescheduling or cancellations of bookings must be done at least 48 hours before booking date, other than in the event of arduous circumstances.

 

Confidentiality
Anything shared by the client during the session, or on the pre-session questionnaire, is treated with the utmost confidentiality. SEC undertakes to not, at any time, either directly or indirectly, disclose any personal information the client shares, unless express permission is given. If any evidence of illegal activity or the potential harm to the client themselves or others is disclosed, the coach may have to inform the appropriate authorities and so be unable to maintain complete client confidentiality.

Refunds
The client may request a refund for a package or single session any time before coaching services have been rendered within the cancellation timeframe (48 hours before first session). Refunds are not obligated after the coaching term has begun.
